Cancellation Policy:
 

1. Grooming Appointments:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund except credit card fees (3%).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the original payment. Credit card fee are not refundable (3%).

 

           2. Boarding Reservations:

All boarding reservations are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. Please book carefully.
