Uppity Pet Salon & Resort was founded by Lu-Ann, a lifelong animal lover with a vision to create a premium experience for pets and their owners. What began as a personal passion project soon turned into a thriving business, inspired by her beloved standard white poodle, FIFi. Lu-Ann found that traditional boarding facilities never quite met the standards she wanted for Fifi’s comfort and care—and she knew other pet parents likely felt the same.

Determined to create a place where pets could feel truly pampered, safe, and loved, she began offering boarding and grooming services. Word quickly spread, and what started as a small side venture soon grew into a full-fledged resort, known for its individualized attention and five-star service.

From luxurious dog boarding , to spa and grooming treatments and eventually wellness services Uppity Pet Salon & Resort blossomed into a premier destination for pets seeking more than just a place to stay. Each room is equipped with cameras, allowing for close monitoring and added peace of mind—because your pet’s safety is always a top priority.
