Q: Can I cancel my pet’s grooming appointment and get a refund?
A: Yes! If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled grooming appointment, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
Q: What if I need to cancel a boarding reservation?
A: Unfortunately, boarding reservations are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. Please be sure of your travel plans before booking.
Q: Can I reschedule my grooming appointment instead of canceling?
A: Yes! We’re happy to reschedule your grooming appointment if you give us enough notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
