Service Description
Welcome to Uppity Resort, where your pet is pampered in a stress-free environment designed for relaxation and comfort. Our expert grooming services prioritize the well-being of your furry friend, ensuring a positive experience with every visit. Trust us to provide the highest quality care, leaving your pet looking and feeling fabulous! You have a 30-minute window to drop off your dog. Arriving outside this window may result in losing your appointment. Each grooming session takes an average of 5–6 hours. Once your dog is ready for pick-up, we will contact you. If you have booked our shuttle service, we will reach out to arrange the delivery of your dog to your location. Drop off for grooming: 6AM to 10AM.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellation Policy: Grooming Appointments: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund except credit card fees (3%) Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the original payment. Credit card fee are not refundable (3%). Boarding Reservations: All boarding reservations are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. Please book carefully.
